"Reception Staff Caitlin was extremely help full. The room assigned to us was up 2 flights of stairs. This was not acceptable as we have a dog who needs have a walk at night. To ensure no mess in room. Caitlin found a ground floor room which was great. Cheryl the staff manager was very helpful when we went for breakfast. The hotel is a golf club excellent accommodation and very quite. Nearby there are some follies which I highly recommend for a visit."

"A modern and comfortable hotel with a lovely breakfast included in the price. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Telford and is set in lovely grounds. I haven’t rated it 5*s as the check in was slow due to there only being on member of staff on at reception, the pool being cold and us not getting bottles of water in our room for the first night but getting them for the second. "

Only when attempting my check-in did I discover from a sign outside the previous reception area that check-in must now be carried out at the associated pub/restaurant opposite.
