"This apartment is great. Yes, you're in the city, down a few streets over seems sketch, but this one is perfectly fine. As someone who didnt used to be used to city living, then learned how to live in downtown Chicago, I'd be fine living here. The neighborhood kids (4-13 yrs old?) were playing in the street even in the evening, and talked to our kids. Families on their porches were all friendly. Plenty of very hot water.
