Welcome to the beach. This beautiful space has everything you need including a full kitchen. Enjoy sunsets on the spacious deck overlooking the lake and access to hundreds of Buffalos finest destinations!

Cozy and clean

Had a pleasant 2-night stay here! We loved how clean and organized the house was - even the cupboards and fridge. The bed was very cozy although quite firm. The view of the lake and sunset, and proximity to the park beach is great. Polly is very accommodating and includes delicious teas and coffees with your stay.

This was the perfect spot for a few day’s stay. Loved being able to stand on the deck and see Lake Erie. It was nice to only be a short walk to the beach area and close to some good restaurants. It was a real treat to meet the owner/host…she was amazing!

Polly’s place is amazing. Very clean with great appliances. We brought our dog and they loved it. There are some great places to eat close by. The views of the lake are gorgeous. Will return for sure next time in Buffalo.

EXCELLENT!!!

Polly is a fantastic host, she goes above and beyond! The location and amenities were perfect for us. We had one adult and two kids (a 10 and 12 year old) and we all enjoyed the place and short walk to the public beach.

The property was perfect for a sisters weekend getaway. Close to East Aurora, the perfect size and space with a beautiful outdoor deck overlooking the lake Erie.

I have stayed at many places but this was by far the cleanest and most homey. Polly was very sweet and accommodating. There was so much to do nearby and the place had everything we could have needed. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect stay for myself and my fiancé. The entire apartment was very clean, smelled great and was supplied with coffee and toiletries. Was greeted by the owner upon arrival and she was so sweet. Will definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time at Pollys on the lake. Polly was so kind and helped to even shovel our car out. The apartment is awesome and has all sorts of little touches like light that go on when you touch the base. If we come back for another Bills game, we will definetly stay at Pollys.

Happy in Hamburg

Polly was a fantastic host; we enjoyed visiting with her and staying in her very nice and and quiet unit! The location was ideal for exploring Niagara Falls, Buffalo and Hamburg and we loved being able to see Lake Erie and walk to the beach. We liked how the apartment has been updated and the layout. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful apartment. It is exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean, and had everything that I needed. The location is perfect because you have the lake view and it's close to Buffalo. 10/10 will stay again.
