"Overall a good resort with plenty of entertainment and decent food and drinks.
The rooms could use a renovation and feel a bit outdated. The reception staff was friendly but sometimes gave contradicting information on making reservations in the restaurant and about reserving a shower spot in the Lobby ‘Courtesy Room’.
All the staff was forthcoming and friendly and it was overall a good stay. "

Great choice of food daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the snack bar served lovely Greek food. Around the pool we had no problem gaining a sunbed and it was quite spacious. "

"This is a lovely Oasis. We really enjoyed our stay. U definitely need a car to get around. Some work is needed on the breakfast but most of the time it was good. Need more fruit varieties. "please be aware there are some rooms which have not been which have a beautiful sea view but are very dated. very clean & fully stocked mini bar but if you are a frequent Mitsis visitor you will be disappointed if you dont booked a renovated room - well worth paying extra. Reception & main restaurant - great food & drink choice but needs a refresh - restaurants are fabulous - we travelled with Son, daughter in law & daughter having 2 rooms & had an amazing week at the Summer palace - thank you for looking after us - we have recommended to family & will return :-)"
"A really lovely hotel. Beautifully decorated, clean, really friendly helpful staff and i got upgraded to a suite which was amazing. The suite had the most incredible view of the sunrise every morning.
