The reception staff was friendly but sometimes gave contradicting information on making reservations in the restaurant and about reserving a shower spot in the Lobby ‘Courtesy Room’. All the staff was forthcoming and friendly and it was overall a good stay. "

The food was excellent with so many choices and changes every day. The staff are excellent made you feel really welcome and helped us out with the pram.
