"Very clean and comfortable large room. Lovely hotel with staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Liked the digital bill before checkout, just breakfast in my case to add. Made a check very easy. Hotel location on the marina was great and the parking was good and safe. Will be happy to revisit."

"The room was fine, good size, clean, everything in working order. However, the room was extremely hot with no air conditioning and there was a lot of noise from outside. Staff were very helpful, allowed us to check in early but unable to change our room to reduce heat or noise as the hotel was full. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice."

"For the price of £40 and the location of 5 mins away from Ipswich station, you couldn't go wrong They could tidy it up a bit on the floor. Sheets were clean and that's the main thing. For the price and location it was 5 stars."
