Fabulous small boutique hotel in a quiet and safe street, and easily accessible to old town and new town. Debbie and her team are so hospitable. There are 2 buildings directly opposite each other. Our 2 night stay was in a Suite and the room was beautiful. Absolutely spic and span and well designed, plenty of room. The breakfast is great. Choice of western or asian style, with help yourself area as well, and it is all very fresh and delicious. A wonderful stay.

We love the hotel’s Art Deco/contemporary luxury design, making it a truly unique and beautiful property. A lot of thought goes into every aspect from the impressive reception lobby to the luxurious bed linen. Stayed 2 nights at this amazing retreat in Ipoh with my wife, in an overwater villa. The meditation cave and steam cave helped to ease away tension but we found the hotspring dipping pools were absolutely the best for relaxation, particularly the private spa in our villa. Great location and definitely worth the cost. The apt views were breathtaking. Clean and very spacious. Very secure and check in process was very smooth. I would recommend staying more than 2 nights to full enjoy the amenities and water park.

The property is awesome and the pool and facilities are fantastic. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed but we found the set up a little different with the sink at the end of hallway. It is shown in the photos but just felt a bit peculiar in real life, can’t really explain why! E loved the rest of the apartment though and the beds are super comfy.

The most beautiful stay - superb staff and amenities. The food is also spectacular. Can't wait to go back!

Good to stay, comfortable and i did enjoy myself. Only one advice for HSK, please wipe off the dust on the cable and desk surface if possible. Apart from that, overall are awesome. Thank you for all the staff.

Shower need to be cleaner, mould wall. Staff was not too bad. Amenities was lacking as in cafe been shut for some time n hotel needs some upgrades.

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The self service laundry was great!
