"We were sent to have fantastic local food at local area, superb. Although the hotel is not surrounded by examples like itself- Bedrock is very comfortable. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. If I was to make one hint, to have more Western options at breakfast like fruit and yogurt. Debbie and Mr Lee were great hosts who will no doubt help in any way"

"A high quality hotel but unfortuantely when we requested for extra 2 pillows, we were given 2 pillows which has wrinkle pillow cases and smells awful. When we brought the pillows down to the receptionist, we were told to bring it back to our room and a dosmetic will bring us another pair of pillows. I think its unacceptable and felt that the receptionist should at least take the dirty pillows from me instead of asking me to bring the smelly pillows back to my room. Also not a word of apolgies from the receptionist."

"We enjoyed our stay at M Roof. The room was spacious for the price and the view outside was unblocked, peaceful. Many nice eateries within 10mins by car from hotel. Overall I will recommend you to my friends, thank you "

"We had a wonderful stay at Ipoh Hotel Santorini! Highlights: • The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Special thanks to the young Indian lady at the reception (sorry we didn’t catch your name) — she was amazing and very accommodating. • We booked a room for 5 pax, which was a joint room with a shared bathroom. The facilities were very complete — kettle, hair dryer, towels, and more. The bed and linen were nice, clean, and comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and my parents really enjoyed it. • There’s also a pool for guests to enjoy, and the property’s Santorini-inspired design is absolutely charming. Overall: A great place to stay in Ipoh — clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and with fantastic service. Highly recommended!"

"Good sized one bedroom apartment with aircon, ceiling fans, a washer (must bring own detergent), a full sized fridge and hot/cold water dispenser. Booked it with mountain view but next plot of land is being developed for a mall. Not so noisy with balcony doors closed. It's located next to Lost World theme park (linked by sheltered walkway) and two fast food outlets across the road, but no local Asian eatery nearby. I'd been driving out to Bercham & elsewhere for local Asian food which was fine by me. I hope to stay there when I visit Ipoh again but there're a few issues which I hope could be improved: Although water volume & pressure are great in the kitchen & bathroom, the shower pressure was so low that it was tedious to have a thorough shower/shampoo. Also, was worried the black dirt on the ceiling fans might drop, especially the one above the bed. Hope for normal sized cups/mugs instead of two tiny shot sized glasses provided. Although its no big deal that beverage sachets were not provided like in hotels, I hope there's at least a box of tissue paper provided. "

"Wonderful and great stay! The room I got is premier and it’s so spacious! Loved the space and it’s very clean and cosy. The Jap restaurant downstairs the hotel serves great food and so convenient for a meal. There is also the Aaron station18 mall just behind the hotel with great shopping and food. All in all a great boutique hotel and location. Will stay here again when back next time. "

"The style of the property was so unique that I took the time to walk around it just to see the different nooks that had been setup. The staff, service and the room were amazing as well! It is a definite must see and stay kind of place"
