Staff were amazing, spa and pool were fantastic. Rooms fitted with quality fixtures. View was impressive from dining room, bar etc. very close to ST MORITZ station walking distance. Amazing utilization of tech in lift and room services. Room gifts were also exceptional. Would loved to have spent more time here!

Clean, spacious and friendly staff

We have travelled through Europe for the past 4 weeks and stayed in some pretty impressive big name hotels along the way, but nothing compared to this. The staff are brilliant. They went out of their way to make our time at Nira Alpina the best possible, from the moment we met the lovely gentleman at the train station for our transfer to the moment we were dropped off at the station to go home. They really looked after us well! The hotel is in a great location and has great facilities. It...

Amazing staff and location. Comfortable and clean rooms. Highly recommend

Fantastic stay, walking distance to old town, great room size, fresh air, gorgeous gardens & bikes for guests.

We absolutely loved this hotel. A complimentary shuttle picks you up from the train station. You receive a welcome glass of bubbly or juice. We booked two massages (last minute) which were excellent. View from rooftop bar was simply stunning. Evening turn down service was a lovely touch. Buffet breakfast was substantial and very fresh. Staff were excellent - attentive and friendly. Would stay again and totally recommend.

We had a wonderful 15 night stay at the Hotel Mueller in Pontresina. Our room was lovely with very comfortable beds, plenty of storage and windows looking out to the mountains. Our bathroom was spacious and kept very clean. The breakfasts had a good variety, plentiful supplies and we especially enjoyed the excellent local cheeses and meats. Staff were always helpful but not intrusive - there when needed for ideas and advice. The location is great - a few minutes walk to Pontresina Post bus stop...

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Kronenhof! The hotel has an amazing history and great old world glamour. The rooms are spacious and the amenities and spa were top notch. By far the biggest plus at the hotel were the staff. The were all exceptional and really warm. They offered great recommendations and Daniel the concierge was a standout.

Beautiful everything

Great location, good breakfast, adequate space in single room. Air conditioning worked well. Friendly helpful staff.

The property had great ambience and comfort but had no lift. Staff were really helpful
