"I had a very disappointing stay. Housekeeping only made the bed—there was no actual cleaning or vacuuming done at any point during my visit. Despite making multiple requests for towels, none were ever delivered. To make matters worse, the shampoo and soap bottles were empty, the washroom floor remained dirty, and the bedroom was never properly cleaned throughout the entire stay. This level of service is unacceptable. I would give zero stars if that were an option."

"This was our second trip to Paradise Point! We had a great stay again! Brought our senior dog on our first trip last year as his last big vacation and all of us (my husband, me, our son, & 12 year old fur baby) had a great stay. Lots to walk around and see, fun to feed the ducks. Great pools & great food. This stay was for our son’s 6th birthday! We had a great time once again & will definitely be back again for his 7th. "

"Breakfast was the exact same every day, nothing fresh, the A/C unit in the room was loud and hardly kept the room cool. Screens on the windows were shredded, definitely needs updating. One front office staff was beyond rude every time we dealt with her over the 5 day stay. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room clean. Would not stay here again. "
