The space:

Welcome to Alligator Resort- this resort style home in Bermuda Dunes is perfect for all your vacation needs. Treat yourself to the perfect vacation close to the Coachella Valley Music Festival and Polo Grounds. Alligator Resort is a stunning newly- renovated five-bedroom, private pool, and jacuzzi spa, with 2,500 SQFT of luxury living. Within the living room, you will experience the perfect area for entertaining. Enjoy the open floor plan and impress your friends with your hidden talent on the foosball table while creating new memories of your vacation.

Our personal recommendation is that you stay up late counting stars, wake early for an unbelievable sunrise and grab a nap on the outdoor sofa later in the afternoon after a day of writing music, catching sun rays, drinking margaritas, playing Scrabble, watching clouds, getting an in-home massage, reading the Great American Novel, reconnecting with your beloved, picnicking on the rocks or hiking. At sunset, you’ll definitely want to dip into the refreshing pool, and then hop over to the fire-pit to dry off and start cocktail hour.


OUTDOOR:
Relax and unwind where you can swim all day and play all night in the Desert!! Enjoy the desert views and create lasting memories with your friends and family. Swim in the refreshing pool or enjoy some sun on one of two recliners. Watch the kids play nearby from the bar height seating with room for four. Dinner can be prepared on the rollaway barbecue and you can enjoy your meals on the outdoor dining table with room for six. Once your tummy is full, enjoy an after-dinner drink in the seating area under the oversized umbrella. Play a friendly game of Golf Corn-hole and end the night in the heated spa!

INDOOR:
This vacation home opens up to a spacious living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 56-inch TCL with Roku Smart television in comfort under the switch-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for four. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a Samsung side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for two. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

GAME ROOM:
The Game Room is where you will find the whole family enjoying their time. Challenge your family to a friendly game on the Foosball table, Pool table, Mortal Combat or Basketball game. The Game Room also features an extra sleeping room with a Twin-Sized Convertible Sofa Sleeper. Enjoy the 66" TCL with Roku Smart Television in the spacious sitting area under the switched-controlled ceiling fan.

BEDROOMS
Master Suite 1 is located next to the kitchen and features a King-sized Bed, 56-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, two reach-in closets, and one walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a shower and tub combo, and double vanity sinks.

Casita Suite 2 is located past the kitchen and can be accessed through the Game Room, backyard, and front courtyard which features a King-sized Bed, 43-inch Hi-Sense with Roku Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and built-in shelf with clothes hanger rod and a reach-in closet. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Bedroom 3 is located left of the living area and features a Queen-sized Bed, 41-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan with a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 4 is located across from Bedroom 3 and features a Queen-sized Bed, 41-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, and switch-controlled ceiling fan with a large reach-in closet. Bedroom 5 is located next to the garage and features a Twin Over Twin Bunk Bed and a 41-inch TCL with Roku Smart television.

The hallway bathroom is located next to Bedroom 3 and features a shower and bathtub combo and a vanity sink.
