Welcome to our three-story urban haven, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to six guests. The open-plan ground floor boasts a vibrant living area with plush seating and a Smart TV, seamlessly flowing into a modern kitchen equipped with stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. Upstairs, two serene bedrooms await: one with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony; the other featuring both full and twin beds with its own ensuite. The basement offers a gaming paradise, complete with board games and a couch. We also have an air mattress available for this space! Outside, enjoy an expansive fenced yard adorned with string lights, BBQ facilities, and ample seating for relaxing nights outside!

This home is located just outside of the historic Bates Hendricks neighborhood. The neighborhood is located in the city and is undergoing renovations day by day.

The property has street parking only. If you need a ride, ride share apps such as (Uber and Lyft) pick up within minutes!

This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the front entrance and the backyard. These are motion activated and can be remotely monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, we have a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living areas that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio. Tampering with cameras or sensor will result in additional fees.
