The property was modern and clean. The art work displayed in the lobby areas were beautiful. Unfortunately staff were not very pleasant. Front desk was not very accommodating in our check in process. We got to the hotel an hour early and kids hung out in the lobby area while the adults grabbed a drink in the bar/restaurant. We were not greeted and were skipped service causing us to wait over 20 minutes to get any kind of service. Did not feel welcome at all. Valet was excellent and the workers were very pleasant and helpful when asked for restaurant recommendations.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds and then we sent an email from Expedia offering an upgrade to a two (2) bedroom (not two beds). Upon check in, we were informed that we did in fact receive the two bedroom. We arrived to our room 3 hours later only to discover it was a single room with two beds. The manager said there was nothing they could do for us. Please advise as to a remedy for this
