"We had a nice stay at the Belltower. It was nice to have breakfast included, but the staff at breakfast seemed stressed out and busy. Front desk and valet staff were very approachable and willing to assist. Tough because the elevator from reception is up several stairs so luggage has to be hand carried up the stairs. Ask about this if you need accessible lift to get up the stairs. Room was ok, no fridge or microwave but coffee maker was there. Bathroom modern and relatively spacious, functional. Cannot beat the location. Valet does on-site parking and was available for $30 a night when we were here. Bedside stands and lamps did not have charging ports, make sure to bring a brick or charger, there was no outlet accessible anywhere near the side of the bed I was on. Location is unbeatable downtown Ann Arbor/central campus. Not easily walkable to football/basketball Stadiums if that is a part of your trip. Walkable to Main Street restaurants area be sure to bundle up and wear shoes to walk in."

"Overall a great place. The home was stunning, inside and out. Some highlights were:- The hosts were very communicative and quickly helped us with our questions/concerns! They may have been the best we've ever had!- THE COFFEE MAKER! Wow! So fancy and fun to use! The wine chiller was wonderful as well!- All of the space and natural light. The windows are floor to ceiling which floods the home with beautiful sunlight.- Lots of small kitchen appliances/utensils available for use.- There were extra sets of linen and towels that were readily accessible if needed.- The location on the lake is wonderful! I've never seen so many fireflies!A couple quick suggestions:- The bathroom sinks had automatic faucets which was fantastic! We would recommend that instructions are posted either to explain how to change the temperature or change to a faucet that is easy to control temperature.- We would recommend putting in bar to assist getting in/out of tub in upstairs bathrooms.- The instructions left in the house manual let us know that we would need to turn the showers on for a few minutes before showering in order to get warm water. That was certainly the case for all but one shower. I don't think that shower produced warm water at all during the stay.- There were no less than 15 fan/ac controllers in the house and we didn't see a label on any of them. We also had to rearrange which controllers went where because they were not left in the correct spot.Thanks again!"
