We really enjoyed all of the things the property offered. The staff were excellent and helpful. There were cheese and crackers for the guest in the lobby which were a nice surprise. The bed was comfortable.

The restaurant, the lobby and the room were all spotlessly clean. Alex at the front desk was amazing, efficient, and friendly! I have absolutely no complaints about my stay, and would definitely stay here again.

I traveled with 4 kiddos, 14 months to age 10, the pool drew me in but then I was second guessing if the kiddie pool would bore the older kids. THE KIDDIE POOL IS CONNECTED TO A BIG POOL!!! I was shocked and ecstatic to see when we got there, it only went to 4 feet which was perfect for us! I thought this review would help someone that was wondering if they had a big pool too. Rooms were nice and clean, staff very friendly and close to everything, hoping to book again soon! Did this as a before school starts up surprise but decided it must be a tradition at this hotel! If the hotel is reading this, add somewhere that the kiddie pool is attached to the big pool, it will be a bonus for travelers.

This place is in the perfect location and it’s such a beautiful property. The pool is absolutely beautiful, but the downfall is that it is known as a cool pool, which means they won’t heat it. It is absolutely freezing. We went in September and it was so cold I didn’t even want to put my feet in. I can only imagine in a couple weeks how cold it will be. We seen multiple people while my six-year-old was swimming, chattering going into the pool feeling how cold it is and then leaving. I love this property, but I don’t think we will come back based on the fact that I won’t even go in the pool because it’s too cold with my kids. I don’t know if this is a cost savings thing in their advertising as a cool pool to excuse the fact that it’s not heated but if they want families to go swimming there, especially when summer is done they need to upgrade their systems so that the pool is actually warm enough to swim in and actually enjoy with the family.
