Situated in a tranquil town, featuring a 10min walk down a beautiful laneway bordering the property to the ocean and pristine swimming beach. Found on a perfect 1.5-acre block allowing ample privacy, yet a stunning space for the family to enjoy and play in the sprawling yard ft basketball court, full size soccer goal and a tree house cubby house. Sit by the open red brick fireplace in the cooler months and by the heated magnesium pool in those warmer ones and basque in this incredible space. A night sunset that lands over the pool side of the home and above the neighbouring gum trees will never disapppint.
