This motel was very convenient for the closeness to the Spirit of Tasmania. Room was very new, modern bathroom, comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly.

accommodation very handy for our needs. Bathroom clean but very small. There was a Very unpleasant smell as no fan in bathroom to circulate air after using shower/toilet Outside very old and I was told there are renovations coming throughout the venue Staff friendly and efficient Murphy's pub 30second walk. Great food

The motel and rooms are in the renovation stage and our room was very nicely updated. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows (2) were a little high and hard which meant we slept with our jackets as pillows. Our room was on the road side and the traffic was very loud during peak hours and as it's a main road the road didn't quite go to sleep fully which kept me awake unfortunately.Hopefully they will be double glazing the front windows. Overall the rooms were great for the money, Netflix and Stan both available for free too which was a bonus.

The motel is under renovation and has seen better days. We were kept up the entire night by other guests fighting outside our room. The room itself was mostly clean except the shower which had pubic hair in it and very old and worn beds. Additionally, the spare blanket was balled up and shoved into the back of a cupboard. The lady at the front desk was lovely. That was the only nice thing.
