"Lista de problemas: 1- O forno não funciona, trouxemos coisas de assar e não deu para fazer nada. 2- O banheiro da suíte sem hidro está com um vazamento que inunda o chão inteiro. 3- A geladeira que funciona está fazendo água, molha os alimentos. E tanto ela quanto o freezer precisam ser ligados dois dias antes. Tivemos que pedir ao barqueiro para trazer gelo, porque elas não gelaram a cerveja. Foram gelar hoje. 4- A casa tem poucas tomadas. "A family oriented resort, ideal if you are travelling with kids. Quality was excellent and the staff helpful with everything. The suites were very spacious and details like the safari and safari-like decoration all over the resort made the stay a beautiful adventure. "

"Very convoluted check in process. Not well maintained. Hard to enter the area before elevator, they have a weird facial recognition gate next to elevator with very little space. Pillow cases and sheets may be clean but were all stained and give impression of dirt. Strange to have hallway lights off on motion sensor lights (spooky feel) instead of a constant low energy light. Would not stay again unless very cheap, which it was. Did not use pool, so maybe that’s a good reason for the place. "
