Hilton Quebec

"We stayed at the Hilton Québec from September 5–6, 2026, and overall had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was super clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our room also had a great view, and the location was perfect, very convenient and within walking distance of many attractions and everything we wanted to see in Québec City. There were a few things that I found disappointing. The check-in process was extremely slow; I waited in line for about 30 minutes just to be checked in, which was frustrating after traveling. The parking was CAD $26, which I found quite expensive for a hotel stay. The buffet breakfast at $38 per person was also much more expensive than expected, and the lounge at $37 per person felt overpriced as well. Overall, the cleanliness, comfort, view, and especially the location were excellent, but the slow check-in and high prices for parking and food took away from the experience. With some improvements in these areas, this could be an excellent hotel choice in Québec City."

"We had a phenomenal experience here. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, they checked in with us throughout. The hotel has everything you could ever want, it’s incredibly clean, and the location is close to everything in old Quebec without being trapped in the tourist area. It’s worth the price all day long to stay here."

"Great stay overall! The room was very comfortable, with a cozy bed, cooling sheets and pillows, and A/C that worked perfectly. The breakfast buffet was good, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The only downside was that there was nothing in the room to drink or snack on, even for purchase—not even a bottle of water. For a 5-star hotel, I think complimentary bottled water should be the minimum. I still would recommend."
