"Love this place "

"Best room we have stayed in across many countries. Easy to find, close to the lake, with plenty of great shops nearby. The room was perfectly sized, the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom was clean and worked perfectly. The balcony had a lake view and room for both of us to sit. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely go back to this hotel if we're in the Lake Como area."

"I wanted to give it 5 stars until my Stanley waterbottle was stolen by a staff member which was confirmed by Aurelia. The hotel itself is beautiful. Has everything you need and great location. Parking is free right outside the doors so no need to pay their prices. "

"It is super conveniently located, good private parking (at a charge). The place is clean, typical Italian decor (colorful and lacking of finish) - absolutely ok! We did have an unfortunate experience: the tlf.no. we got online was apparently wrong (turned out to be that of a landlady for a property next door, who uses the same parking facility). Through message we were guided to the apartment. As we got instructions upon contact regarding the parking, & seing that the adress & dot on the map was...

"What an incredible place to stay! Wonderful hosts, incredible views, awesome location outside of tourist traps.. I could go on!! This was our home base for our recent trip and will certainly be our home base for our next trip to Italy! Waterfall next door.. ivy everywhere.. Cernobbia was magic and Cingi was just perfect! "

"Garden View is a lovely immaculate apartment with great outdoor space. Situated a short walk to restaurants, and ferry. The down side for us flying into Milan from Scotland on an evening flight was having to find and get to the property management office in Como within a certain time to pick up the keys before going further on to property in Cernobbio. Fine if you had a car but we didn’t. Would be easier if there was a key box situated at the property. That being said we would definitely stay...

"torn Design apartment is a great period property kept in a really good condition. Easy access to ferry and few restaurants in the town. Very nice friendly locals around in this area. Little café at the top next to the bus stop is really good. They had some amazing pastries and biscuits selection. "Wir waren 2 Wochen zum Arbeiten dort und es war eine Zumutung! Die Ausstattung war lieblos: stumpfe Messer in der Küche, klapprige Stühle kurz vor dem Zusammenbrechen auf dem Balkon, keine Weingläser und das in Italien, uvm. Das schlimmste war jedoch, dass die Wohnung entgegen der angegebenen Ausstattung keine Klimaanlage hatte! Das war bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur ab mittags zum arbeiten unzumutbar. Des Weiteren ließ sich die Kühlschranktüre nicht richtig schließen, sodass wir regelmäßig unsere...
