From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful—they truly went Above & Beyond to make my stay special. The view from the hotel is nothing short of spectacular—Lake Como at its finest. Even the elevator has a breathtaking view of lake como! I also loved that it was within walking distance to the ferry, restaurants, and shops. Yes, the walk back up the hill is a bit of a workout, but I actually enjoyed it as great exercise after exploring the area.
Overall, this hotel has everything—warm and attentive staff, wonderful food, breathtaking views, and a perfect location. I prefer boutique hotels instead of large chains and I can’t wait to return to this charming and quaint hotel!
