"The property is in a great location, just some steps to Volta square and plaza Cavour, near to train station, the room is clean and quiet, everything works well, it would be appreciated more coffee capsules in the room. The instructions to pick up the key and how to enter is enoigh clear (you need internet to see instructions), the rooms are exactly on left hand (brown door) after you passed across 3 glass doors."

"Fantastic views from hotel room and very convenient for the funicular. On downside the staff were rushed off their feet and my partner dubbed it the “do it yourself” hotel as our room wasn’t cleaned, we had to go to bar to collect coffee and cutlery at breakfast. The bottle of Prosecco we were given when we left would have been a lovely touch if we weren’t flying home with no checked luggage- it would have meant more on arrival! "

The view from the hotel is nothing short of spectacular—Lake Como at its finest. Even the elevator has a breathtaking view of lake como! I also loved that it was within walking distance to the ferry, restaurants, and shops. Yes, the walk back up the hill is a bit of a workout, but I actually enjoyed it as great exercise after exploring the area.
Overall, this hotel has everything—warm and attentive staff, wonderful food, breathtaking views, and a perfect location. I prefer boutique hotels instead of large chains and I can’t wait to return to this charming and quaint hotel!
