No one answered. We were left in a precarious position in the evening with no place to stay. I cannot recommend this place to anyone and I have a very flexible, mind and travel mindset, we eventually stated a nearby hotel on the river, which seemed like something Expedia would end. "Location, staff and facilites all excellent. Stayed in Japanese style room, only downside for me was matress was little thin as not used to slwwping on a hard floor. Would definitely stay again. "
