Good AC in room but slow internet. Come with free breakfast. Staff are very helpful. We arranged for the ride to the falls and cross the border to Brazil all with the hotel. Overall a great value for a budget hotel.

The staff were amazing and really helped make our stay okay. However, the hotel needs maintenance. We booked three rooms, and one of the room doors did not close at all. The glass door was missing, and the bathroom fan did not work or made a horrible noise. There was no small fridge in the room, which made it very difficult to keep food or drinks. There are no kiosks or supermarkets nearby, so if you want a drink, you are forced to buy it at the reception area. The pool maintenance was poor. The presence of bugs is understandable since the hotel is in the middle of the jungle, but the pool still needs better care. There are very few food options. You only have one choice recommended by the hotel via WhatsApp, or two app options using PedidosYa. On the positive side, the breakfast was really nice, and once again, the staff were excellent and very helpful-especially Ricardo, the driver, who helped and guided us every day on what to do and how to do it.

O quarto é grande, um pouco cheiro de mofo, ligando o ar condicionado resolve o problema. Acomodações são exatamente como nas fotos, a localização é excelente para quem quer descansar. Piscina ótima, um bom restaurante com valores bem acessíveis, o café da manhã atende as expectativas. Um ótimo valor dentro da realidade do hotel. Eu ficaria novamente.

Nice "jungle"setting with lots of green space. Hotel looks old and dated. We were given room 26. Bare bones with old saggy matreses. Could not change rooms that night. Next day we were given another room with better beds. Thank you front office! Pool water is way too warm and feels like a hot tub. Not refreshing when its so hot outside. There is storage area next to the pool which looks terrible and there is construction going on. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good house keeping. Would not stay again or recommend.

Just Dont Go!

I had a terrible time trying to check out of this place. Due to no communication on their part it was a nightmare. They do not accept any credit cards. Even though I had already paid for the room through this website, they wanted me to pay again and would not let me leave til I did. I would have paid just to leave the place, but I didn't have enough cash on me. Before I could come up with a solution they were going to called the police on me! Just Don't Go!

Pleasant choice for families!

Pro: clean, quiet, economical, breakfast included (cereal, cakes, facturas, bread, ham, cheese, fruits, juice, coffee/tea), 10 minutes walk to town center. Con: wifi only in reception area, staff had poor knowledge of touristic information, non-English speaking staff.
