"Unprofessional Front Desk Experience
During my stay, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism at the front desk. On multiple occasions, the receptionist greeted me with “What’s up?”—an informal and inappropriate greeting in a hospitality setting. I waited patiently in line, was polite throughout, yet was met with an unprofessional attitude.
Additionally, the elevator was out of order, and we were assigned a room on the third floor. Although we didn’t complain about the inconvenience, I believe staff should maintain a higher level of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with guests."
