"2 Queen bed 1 bedroom suite was as advertised, clean, and fairly updated inside and most of all, large for family sprawl (600+ sf). Had dishes and kitchen items for cooking. Didn't try the pool or sauna as we were there only one night, but there are games, bean bag toss, a grassy lounge area and BBQs. Check in clerk was very nice and took me through the well designed welcome sheet that you receive on check-in. If parking is full there is more room at the other entrance parking area. Two story building with stairs, motel style balcony. Area seemed safe and community minded. Didn't notice any traffic noise."

"Was very disappointed that there was no pool again. Nowhere on their website does it tell you the pool is no longer there. There are still pictures on their website of the pool. 😕😔"

"Room cleaning service was provided only once in three days. Other than that, breakfast was exactly the same for all three days that we stayed there which became quite monotonous. Rest the property is nice and centrally located."

"This was my first stay at Comfort Suites at Kelowna. Was impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast was also sufficient for most people's need as observed and staff constantly clearing garbage. Rooms were execellent and clean. Due to the hot weather ice was at a premium with lobby machine broken and third floor machine also not working the first day. Eventually we managed to get ice . Overall a very pleasant stay and to be recommended"
