"Perfect stay for what I needed and wanted. I like having a kitchenette and it was stocked perfectly, the place was clean and the kids loved the pool and sauna. Family games available which were fun. For how close it was to Hwy 97, it's tucked away a bit and so it was perfectly quiet. Very friendly staff, the sleep was good for me (maybe bring your own pillow if you love yours because ours were more robust and tall for our liking, but you can't have everything!), and the bed was good. I also care about the type of TV programming (i.e., guide, can I see what I'm watching while choosing another program, options, etc.), and they provided to my preference. Very happy overall with our stay, and will consider it again for our next trip in. It's a great option for a sports tournament weekend."
"We were there for a 2 night stay. We did not get housekeeping - when I let the front staff know upon checkout she told me you have to request it that there are signs on the door telling you that. There were no signs nor did they let me know at check it. We had garbage overflowing, no clean towels - really was not impressed and will not be going back."
"I understood that this hotel was older, but I had stayed in the past and enjoyed it. Unfortunately it has gone way down hill. It is more like a long term hotel now. The room was filthy. We found a vape, hat and deodorant in the room under furniture. That bathroom was old, dirty and full of mildew. The fan didn't work at all. I booked because there were two pools. Neither was filled or working. Outside our door was a broken toilet tank lid. Guess what our room was missing. When we asked for ice the person in the lobby was helpful, which is why I gave them two stars. When I spoke to someone about the unclean room he shrugged. Now for the worst part. I woke up to find thousands of small bugs swarming a granola bar wrapper. Sadly this place is no longer somewhere I would ever suggest staying."

"All was well, although access to a TV or one in the room was expected. At a similar price I would choose that amenity over UBC - OK, even though I am a two time Graduate of the venerable institution.

If this doesn't meet your regulations just toss it, I don't have time to conform to whatever regulations you don't have spelled out."
