Having to press to allow access and entrance was an inconvenience. I thought not having TV access was not going to bother me...But, I like to look at something on TV when I am at the room-not able to do so."

"When you pull up to this property, you actually think that it’s deserted and it is in horrible condition on the exterior. But with that said our room is decent. Definitely clean and comfortable. The Jacuzzi was really dirty, so I went to the front desk and asked if they could get someone to vacuum it out and clean it and I was told that it’s out of order! But there was no indication when you were indicated area of the pool that the Jacuzzi was out of order. "
