"Without a doubt, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in during a Mexican vacation. This hotel is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel. We were treated so nicely by the staff from the front desk to security. This hotel has three swimming pools and a private beach. The location is fantastic and you can see the hotel for me anywhere, so you never get lost! We will definitely be back. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Acapulco. "

"Overall very good. Challenging to find your room at first :-) You will walk a lot on the property and climb stairs often. Unless you like to wait for the elevators. Food is traditional - no chicken nuggets, no cheese-only pizza, seafood is represented mostly by ceviche, kids may stay hungry for a couple days :-) Beach access is superb. Staff is very friendly. "
