Villa Nott is a charming Ibiza-style country house nestled on a serene hill, set within 15,000 m² of lush countryside. The villa offers a peaceful retreat with beautiful views and is located just 400 meters from the village of San Jose, providing both seclusion and convenience. Originally built in the 18th century, Villa Nott has been meticulously restored, preserving its historical charm while incorporating modern comforts. It offers an exclusive and private environment, perfect for relaxation in nature.



The villa's exterior boasts beautifully landscaped gardens with mature palm trees, expansive lawns, and plenty of space for children to play freely. Multiple seating areas are available for guests to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Inside, Villa Nott exudes simplicity and comfort, with high ceilings, spacious rooms, and thick stone walls that maintain a pleasant temperature throughout the year.



The villa features three well-appointed bedrooms. On the ground floor, Bedroom 1 offers a double bed, air conditioning, TV, and shares a bathroom with a double shower. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, equipped with fans, and also shares the same bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 includes a double bed, air conditioning, private balcony, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The villa is ideal for families, small children, couples, business groups, or those simply seeking a relaxing summer holiday.



The villa’s outdoor areas include a private saltwater swimming pool, spacious terrace, barbecue area, outdoor dining facilities, and even a fish pond. For added convenience, there is an outdoor bathroom, shower, and plenty of parasols for shade. Guests can enjoy the entertainment amenities, including a Bluetooth sound system, satellite TV, and table tennis.



Villa Nott comes fully equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a children’s play area. For those seeking additional comfort, car rental is recommended to explore the surrounding area.



Upon arrival, a damage deposit of €1,000 is required, payable via credit card. This deposit will be refunded within seven days of check-out, subject to a property inspection.
