"The host was incredibly kind, always made sure I was stocked on the basics. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. Le petit Cosy Hôtel

"Nice little hotel, good price for Paris. On a quiet roundabout, hundred yards or so from Metro (line 6). Room was quite smart, but small, on 3rd floor (no lift) with small but good shower room. Check-in is desk in corridor. Breakfast is in the brasserie downstairs, through a slightly tatty back yard, not very enticing."

"I booked this hotel for one night while visiting friends in Paris, partly for nostalgia, as I used to live near Le Marais. I ended up really enjoying my stay and wish I had stayed longer. The hotel is much larger than it appears from the outside, with a beautiful interior courtyard that feels like a little oasis in the middle of Paris. It was lovely to sit there, have a cocktail, and enjoy the atmosphere. The location is excellent, especially if you want to be close to Le Marais and easily explore the city. The check-in staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional, and spoke excellent English as well as French. My room was a little dated in style, but it was comfortable, spacious for a Paris hotel, well air-conditioned, easy to access, and had great water pressure. The on-site restaurant is nice, though the bar service seemed a bit overwhelmed at times during normal service. If you want a quick drink, the brasserie next door may be easier. That said, this was not a deal-breaker at all. Unfortunately, the hotel experienced a power outage when I returned from exploring the city, just as I was checking out. However, I want to specifically commend the staff and management. They handled a stressful situation with kindness and professionalism, brought out water during the heat wave, helped guests check in and out, and did their best to manage the disruption calmly. Overall, this is a wonderful property with great service, a fantastic location, and a memorable atmosphere"

"Lovely helpful staff in this well maintained hotel. They helped us with navigating to the metro and bus services with our wheelchair. Rooms were a generous size and easily slept 3 adults. Air con made the room cool not cold but in 38° heat anything helped. Beds were comfy even with the pull out bed being a tad squeaky. Did not use the duvets due to the heat but the pillows were supportive. We did not eat at the hotel but we did see the generous array of breakfast food which looked and smelt lovely. Our only downside was the amount of roadworks outside and the market was very busy over the weekend. This of course was not the hotels fault and they did provide us with every assistance with our wheelchair. Would stay at Novotel again, very good value for money, safe, comfortable and clean"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful! We got locked out of our room a day early because our check-out day was incorrect in the system, and they fixed it in about 30 seconds. The room was clean and well air conditioned (perfect temperature for the heat wave). Nice area, people were friendly and lots of delicious food and metro stop nearby."
