This was a one or two star hotel on its best day. Also during the heat wave no air condioning. Only one elevador was working during our three day stay. The staff was $#!&, one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at.

Excellent service, very good breakfast included, the room had air conditioner a plus in a hot weather, very nice furnished, bigger than average room sizes in Paris, the only negative is that far away from Paris downtown

Extremely disappointed

I’m usually not the one to complain, but this here hotel takes the cake. The AC did not work and the room was like a sauna. The bathroom door had a big hole in it, so forget about privacy. The whole floor was smelling of some old food. And this was not a cheap hotel!! Outside the rats were so many you’d think they were shooting a sequel to Ratatouie. As a cherry on the top, they scammed us with a cab that were 80 euros for 20 min ride to the airport (the driver was texting the whole way). Our friends took the same trip for 45 euros.

The hotel itself is okay, but the location and surroundings are terrible—unsafe and unpleasant-smelling. We have two kids with us, and it did not feel safe. There are homeless people everywhere, especially by the metro station. Metro station about 10 minutes walk. Across from the hotel, there is a parking lot full of old, parked cars where people live.

Hotel staff are generally rude at reception. The fire alarm went and no body knew what went wrong and no apologies at all. The property had no air conditioning. Area around the property is quite shady and doesn’t feel safe at night. Do not feel is worth the money.

Staff was not addressing any queue on complaining he started taking guests from the queue. There were no enough coffee pods and water bottle was missed to be provided on the next day. Bit rude and unhelpful staff. Very weird location. Local market place and dirty ground in the night is the neighbourhood.

We had no hot water day 2, day 3 of our stay. We had to call the reception on both days to get it fix. Day 2 they send a technician after 30 minutes and day 3 the technician did not even come. Besides, the walk from the nearest metro station to the hotel is terrible. The area is dirty with smell of piss. You feel unsafe walking to the station.
