The apartment was clean but was missing some utensils. They gave only 2 towels for our 5 days stay for 3 of us. It was 5-7 minutes walk from public transport.

Towels were stained. Water from shower seem to go all over the place, poor drainage. Load thumping under my room until 11pm…. Possibly the gym area?

If I were you, I'd think twice booking this place. The room/apartments are OK. But the communication, check-in and the reception staff leaves a lot to be desired. Once you arrived at the location, you'll find no sign of Zenao Appart'hôtels, and you'd wonder am I at the right location? In fact they go by Stella Apartments, and that's the one you'd need to press for. If you are checking in after 8pm, then you'd have to wait at least an hour for an rude person to arrive, they'll take 40 Euros off you for late check in and throw a bunch of keys towards you. After that good luck with finding the apartment in the maize. Overall, we had a terrible experience staying at this place, and I were you, I'll look elsewhere. And yes, Hotel.com were not of much help either when contacted regarding the issues we faced during our stay.

Le logement en soi était pas mal mais : Il n'est pas indiqué que l'appart hôtel est situé dans une résidence senior. L'appartement est dans un EHPAD. Vous partager donc les espaces communs et le petit-déjeuner avec des personnes très âgées et non autonomes. Si vous êtes au courant de ça tout va bien. Il faudrait que l'adresse soit un peu mieux mentionnée sur le site puisque zenao n'est pas indiqué clairement sur les boîtes aux lettres. L'appartement est très propre seulement petit défaut au niveau de la douche ou le lino est complètement moisi au niveau de l'évacuation. Enfin, même si nous avons été prévenus par message les frais "arrivée tardive" de 40 € sont excessifs, surtout pour une arrivée tardive à partir de 20h.

Très grand appartement propre mais environnement extérieur en face de l’établissement laissé à désirer. Cependant très pratique pour prendre le métro pour visiter Paris! Stationnement intérieur sécuritaire. C’est une excellente idée de partager les espaces avec les résidents âgés.

J'ai aimé l'état des lieux (la chambre)qui étaient propres et les employés gentils pour la plupart. J'ai passé de bons séjours et rencontré de belles personnes. Je suis allée avec mon amie pour notre 1er séjour à Paris, elle a aimé. J'y sejournerai de nouveau. Je le recommande. Ce que je n'ai pas aimé c'est le lavabo de douche qui ne fonctionnait pas et qui n'a pas été réparé durant notre séjour.

Appartamento meraviglioso!

Appartamento pulito, spazioso e ben arredato, comodo per lunghi soggiorni. Noi avevamo un appartamento con una stanza doppia (letto piú piccolo di quello italiano) e una singola, bagno (senza finestra), soggiorno-cucina. Ogni ambiente era molto spazioso. Lo scarico della doccia funzionava perfettamente, al contrario di quanto letto in alcune recenzioni. Mancava il phon, ma l'abbiamo portato. Abbiamo avuto bisogno di utilizzare una sedia a rotelle per una slogatura della caviglia e ci si muoveva facilmente in ogni stanza (bagno incluso) perché c'era tutto lo spazio necessario. Abbiamo piú volte avuto bisogno di relazionarci alla ragazza della reception (credo si chiami Laure o Laurene) che é stata sempre gentile e disponibile, anche quando era fuori dall'orario di servizio. La Metro, il supermercato e i ristoranti sono tutti molto vicini all'appartamento. Ottima struttura, la consiglio.

It was a really good stay. It was very easy to communicate with the lady at Reception who was really nice. location is perfect, as two women we didn’t have problems walking around at night. Literally 10 minutes walk away from the Metro line and there’s food shops close by. Will definitely stay there again.

Getting in from the gates is not easy. It's not clear what buttons to push. Better signage to the reception would also help. Receptionist was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Appartement bien....mais

Appartement en bon état mais dans un quartier un peu délabré. Attention il s'agit d'une résidence pour senior, étudiant et qui loue également des chambres, mais ça n'enlève en rien à la qualité de l'appartement.
