"Check in was painful low staff levels and were not attentive as hotel staff should be. The room was disgusting (room 2219) we were asked to make up our own sofa bed and they only provided sheets. Never been to a hilton that did this. Found the existing sheet had hair inside it. Due to our late flight we had to move rooms extremely late with our sleeping children in hand. Not once was there an offer to help us move. Breakfast was not nice at all self serve buffet with powdered scrambled eggs (didnt realise this was still happening). Really disappointed with this stay as I trying to contact the hotel via their site and even called to arrange a sweet treat for my wifes birthday. This also never arrived. This Hilton really let me down the only positive was the location being next door to the Galleria shopping mall. Thats where it ended. We will not be returning here again. "

"We were welcomed by all staff members from the front desk to housekeeping. Our room was ready with a personalized message on screen. We received various text messages throughout our stay from Kamaree who checked us in, ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast was plentiful and well maintained. The breakfast staff was excellent as well as all other staff members. We will stay here again!"

"It’s a very large space, with 2.5 bathrooms and a study, in addition to the large bedrooms and closets - which is fantastic. But the check-in process was not as instructed. They said to use the code in the app (which is also texted to you), but the code didn’t work at the lockbox. Calling took forever. The phone prompts are also not clear, which causes a lot of re-routing. Only to find out the code in the app is for the apartment door, NOT to retrieve the fob from the lockbox. Also, the apartment wasn’t really clean. Weirdly, some of the walls were dirty with spills. Also, no hand soap in any bathroom or kitchen. No shampoo or body soap. We were on a tight schedule, so we weren’t even able to go buy any. Lastly, the sheets aren’t great. Super thin and don’t fit, The corners repeatedly come undone. Nothing quite like waking up and the fitted sheet isn’t even under you anymore and you’re laying directly on the mattress!"
