"Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint was with the bathroom door. It was frosted glass and filled the room with light when the bathroom was in use especially at night. Also a weird noise issue with hearing voices through the ventilation system."

"The hotel property is really nice considering where it’s located. Location is safe but meaning it’s on a good amount of property and it’s really well maintained and very unique. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The amenities are super nice. The room was clean and comfortable and had a balcony. My only complaint which is not the hotels fault and is just the way things are there is the water quality and pressure. I do understand the water situation in La though. Honestly the shower water smelled a bit like sewage or it just had a bad smell. Again I don’t think there’s anything the hotel could do about the quality of city water. I didn’t use the trolly service but with families taking their kids to Universal it’s a great feature. We did some Ubering to places we wanted to go and we were spending time with local friends so they also did a lot of nice things with us in taking us around. I do recommend the hotel and would absolutely stay there again if visiting that area of the city."
