"Overall, the hotel was great. The room was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The only downside was the check-in process. Since this location is managed by the main hotel, we had to go to the other property to check in, which was a bit inconvenient. Because of this setup, there were also some delays activating the key cards. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay! "

"Second time staying at the Hyannis Inn. Quiet property, with standard rooms with the pluses being large rooms, great AC and the location. Walking distance to Main Street of Hyannis and an easy drive elsewhere. Pool and hot tub can get crowded, but it’s still nice to have available. All staff especially at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Will be coming back again our next time in Hyannis. "
