"Love, love, love this hotel. Beautiful, clean, friendly staff, updated room, great breakfast, fire pits, pool, perfect location. They had a lot of little patio nooks with a few chairs to gaze in awe at beautiful Zion. Zion is right outside the door!!"

"The place itself is amazing, but unfortunately the service really let us down. There wasn’t much friendliness or hospitality, and a big part of the staff came off as rude. What we expected to be a relaxing experience turned out to be the complete opposite. When we arrived, the rules weren’t explained clearly. The girl at reception mentioned that we couldn’t bring drinks into the tent and that we had to consume them in the restaurant area. Later, when we tried to have our drinks at the restaurant, the manager rudely told us the opposite—that we should be drinking them in the tent. It was confusing and honestly stressful, since every staff member told us something different. It’s a shame because we chose this place to celebrate my friend’s birthday and have a great time, but we didn’t really get to enjoy it :( Honestly, when you book a stay, hospitality and service mean everything"
