"The room was very basic but clean. The hotel did not operate AC at the time of our stay and the room was at 75-80F. They offered us a fan or open the windows what is impossible because of the noise and smell of planes from the runway under the windows. The restaurant at the site is over price. Hotel is very convenient located 10 min from terminal 2 with a free shuttle. "

"Stained, smelly carpets. I could smell them at night. With additional humidity it intensified. Overall hotel is ok, but some room parts need replacement. I got a phone call when I was 30-40 min late for my check out, to get out asap. Not directly, but with tone. Staying away from Lotte hotels in the future."

"We stayed at this hotel which is located close to Inchon airport. Even Though they have airport shuttle service we took a taxi since we have to wait for about 30 minutes. I hope the run their airport shuttle bust to terminal 2 more often as they to to terminal 1. Good location, clean rooms with good amenities. There are many restaurants on the site and also many eateries at food corner. They do have Korean JJimgilbang but this was on renovation so we could not use. The staff were excellent and were ready to help before we are asking. I would stay again this hotel before going to other parts of Korea insteadof going to the city of Seoul after long flight."
