"We had a wonderful time celebrating our 3rd year wedding anniversary. Peaceful and a hot tub. All we wanted. Plenty to do around us, but we were more for getting away from everything. So we loved it. We got to bring our little dog! She had a blast!! Definitely would return again!! "

"Our room was spacious and clean. It featured a comfortable upholstered chair with ottoman and a small table and chair that could be used for dining. The bed linens were clean and crisp; the mattress was very comfortable and afforded a restful sleep. The bed pillows were plump and ample. There was plenty of room in the bathroom and the towels were soft and fluffy. The continental breakfast offered the usual cold options and we were pleasantly surprised to find a warmer with biscuits, gravy and scrambled eggs. the dining area was pleasant and spacious. Staff was very friendly, kind, and assistive. We highly recommend this motel and will stay here again on future trips to the Cuba, MO, area. Thanks so much!."

"This cabin is beautiful! We wanted to do a float trip but didnt want to stay in tents or the typical small cabins that make up the majority of this area. This cabin made our float trip feel very luxorious! Bird's Nest Lodge came and picked us up and dropped us off directly from the driveway, and their 6 mile float was perfect! This place has a wonderful secluded feel, but is only a 5 minute drive to the grocery store. The cabin itself is beautiful inside and out. Had plenty of beds and space for the 10 adults in our party. I can only speak for the master bedroom on the main level, but the bed was very comfortable! We spent a lot of time out back, and the patio and fire pit are great for enjoying the outdoors. I even set up a projector and screen to enjoy a movie outside (plenty of outdoor outlets). Very nice kitchen and living room area as well. Will definitely be coming back here, and i hope to make it a yearly event for us!"

"Fox Ridge was beautiful! The host welcomes you with fresh baked bread that was absolutely delicious and exactly what I needed after a long drive! There was an issue with the water heater and the host Shawn communicated back with me and fixed the issue very promptly. Will definitely be back! "
