The large, treed private lot includes plenty of parking and a 2-car insulated garage, along with a large poured concrete patio with a covered area providing shelter. This home is situated on a quiet crescent, centrally located in Point Clark, with a short 10-minute walk to the lighthouse and a quick 30-minute drive to the Bruce Power plant. There are lots of winter sports available, snowmobile trails, hiking and, XCountry skiing available.
Gather 'round the firepit, after enjoying your favorite winter sport, to sip on a hot beverage, and relish in the beauty of this spectacularly treed property blanketed in fluffy white snow.
