To take the property to the next level, I recommend focusing on aesthetic enhancements, such as improved painting and attention to detail. "This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at all price points. Lobby smells clean and new. The pool is open 6 am to midnight for adults and 7-10 for children. Nice big hot tub as well. I have zero complaints. Best hotel experience by far. If you staying in the Sioux Falls area it’s worth the extra 10-15 min drive to Tea, SD. "
