"Our room was fantastic for the price! It appeared to have been recently renovated – clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Long-term parking was available at a great rate. Due to roadworks outside the hotel, the airport transfer bus couldn’t come directly to the property. However, a wonderfully kind young staff member went above and beyond, personally driving my five-year-old and me to the nearest hotel so we could catch the bus, saving us from a 1 km walk with luggage at 3 a.m in the middle of winter. His kindness and exceptional customer service truly made a difference. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but I hope he knows how grateful we are and is recognised for this act of kindness. Thank you!!!! "

"My wife and I stayed here for only one night on our honeymoon since we were touring the country but that one night spent here was amazing. The room was fantastic. Everything was clean, the room was amazing, our view was incredible and the staff was very friendly and efficient. Strongly recommend staying here. It is a shame we only stayed the one night because I would have loved to stay longer. "
