"Beautiful location. Friendly welcoming staff. The front desk staff were very helpful but some of them seemed to lack the knowledge to answer some of our questions about the activities advertised. Perhaps they were training new staff for the upcoming busy season. We were very pleased with the 2 hotel activities that we participated in"

"Cleveland House has a beautiful property with an incredible location on Lake Rosseau. Mature trees, and many buildings with character. That being said, I’d never stay here again. Regardless of some minimal upgrades, the place looks as though it hasn’t changed since the 60s. Happy upon arrival, things quickly changed when we arrived at our building to locate our room. "The cabin was very well equipped. We were very relaxed and cozy staying here. The fireplace was helpful in staying warm. The kitchen is well set up. There were many good books to select a good read from. Lighting, fireplace, hottub and all other features were set up with very helpful information. I highly recommend this property."
