Two blocks from the Pacific Ocean (exactly 3 miles from Pacific Coast HWY) , , spacious patio area with gas grill. 2 blocks from Pacific Ocean (exactly 3 miles from main street/downtown), close to shopping malls, Disneyland, Knott's Berry farm, the Segerstrom Centers for arts, Angel's stadium are all within 30 min. drive. In addition, this Unit in Huntington Beach boasts amazing weather and close to shopping plazas, food/Grocery nearby.

Budget Place
This property has tremendous potential. If the host upgraded a few things, it would have made a positive difference. The location is ideal for visiting HB without the expense of beachfront accomodations. The apartment needs better ventilation in the main living area, perhaps a ceiling fan. It also needs a sofa. It currently has a wonky futon that is not comfortable. The host is gracious and responsive. Aziz was very friendly and provided a portable AC in the bedroom and also provided an iron and ironing board when we requested. The apartment has good privacy. It does not have any stove for cooking and the kitchen sink is on the patio. The decor is random, old and faded. The shower turns from hot to cold quickly. The showerhead is very low for anyone six feet tall or more. It was priced fairly for the value.
