"I was hoping when I got in from traveling 6 hours and working 10 hours prior my room would be clean pillows clean. Instead it looked like love stains on the chair pillow and makeup and marker stains on the bench pillows, sand or particulates in the keurig maker so I went downstairs to get coffee at 7 am and the company they hire to provide breakfast items and coffee wasn’t there and was recommended to walk across the river to Starbucks. Super disappointed as this was my 16 year anniversary and mother day celebration."

"Bed was beyond comfortable and bathroom was super clean. The towels were very thick and soft. The hotel is also very quiet and the surrounding area is super quiet. I now found my hotel in Sioux Falls and can’t stay anywhere else! "
