"The staff in the late evening was excellent- the only complaint we had with the hotel was that there were no luggage racks for us to carry our many belongings into our room for the night ( after a very long day for us) at 10pm. The desk clerk was beside herself because they have 3 carts but evidently the last 3 customers who used them kept them in their rooms for use the next morning! They need a tracking system for them!! The breakfast was your basic fare- nothing special but every thing was clean and fresh! The was also clean and the beds were comfortable! We would stay here again!"

"Room was exactly as ordered, but it took almost an hour to check us in. Lack of fre breakfast was a surprise, worse, there was no coffee in the morning (it was there in the afternoon, they took it away in the morning )"
