"Hotel ist zu Fuß schlecht zu erreichen, da der Weg an der Landstraße sehr unübersichtlich und gefährlich ist. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Allerdings sind die Zimmer und Möbel mittlerweile renoviert, bzw. neu. Das Bad war alt, aber sauber. Leider ohne Heizkörper. Ferner war die Nachtspeicherheizung im Zimmer aus den 60er Jahren und bestimmt nicht mehr ökologisch vertretbar. Das Treppenhaus und die Flure waren renovierungsbedürftig. "Only down side was the lift begins on the first floor. Limited mobility would struggle. Staff friendly and professional. The rooms although small were very clean with sufficient facilities available such as hairdryer and shampoos etc. The wine festival is fabulous and draws quite a crowd. Cochem is a gem and a must visit when in Germany. Coffe shops, cafes and live music. Great time had by all."
