"Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming...

"Very nice property. My only complaint is that when we checked in, we were told we got an “upgraded room” with a nice view, which we hadn’t requested. That was fine with us, the view didn’t matter to us at that hotel. What we realized that night was that ours was one of a few rooms in the hotel where the AC didn’t work. It was hot there and that has been one of a very few priorities we have when booking hotels. They brought us a fan that was loud and only mildly helpful."

Freundlicher Empfang, hervorragendes Essen , Frühstück geht nicht besser, auch zu Abend haben wir im Wunderschönen Ambiente des Restaurants gegessen ( Portionen riesig!), Qualität auf Sterne Niveau und der skypool ist natürlich das i Tüpfelchen! "Perfect location for exploring Trier. A beautiful city with so many interesting buildings. The hotel is lovely and easy to find. The staff are friendly and helpful. Parking at 12 euros a night is a huge bonus. Public areas are very nice. Breakfast excellent with lots of choice. Our room was large, quiet, very clean and comfortable. Good wifi. Nothing to fault at all. "
