"The location was very nice. The rooms were comfortable and clean with a nice view of the river. The staff wasn't exactly friendly but they met our needs. Certainly adequate. Our stay was short so there isn't much to this review."

"Positives: clean, modern, nice balcony, near the river promenade. Nice hospitable features in room. Close to the action of the city. Negatives: The room didn’t seem to have air conditioning but may have been controlled by the hotel if it was present. We opened the balcony doors to let the cool air in but that let in the noise of clanking of pots/pans from the restaurant below. The hotel experience itself was mostly run by the computer to check in and out with little interaction from staff. "

"Very nice spa hotel with extra helpful staff and wonderful service. The room was very hot with no AC on entry, but a fan was provided and opening the window allowed fresh air in which cooled the room over night. There was a balcony with a beautiful view of the castle. A bottle of wine along with two chocolates and a welcome drink at the bar were offered on arrival, and a bag with water and snacks was provided when leaving. Delicious drinks at the bar as well. I also utilized the swimming pool...

"The young man on Monday morning was friendly and helpful. Bathroom is definitely not up to date. Bed was comfortable but if you are 6 feet or taller you will have a problem. My husband slept sideways and he is barely 6 feet! Great location and the balcony was great. "

"Clean and delicate rooms. Quiet at night, lovely shower. Nice little trust bar wich provided everything you might need, with a lovely balcony outside. Breakfast was home made and delicious. Smart box with personal code for late check in. Everything was close to the hotel, also a nice bicycle hire."
