"Would have liked a sea view but as I spent much time outside as possible, it was not missed a lot ! I think I misunderstood arrangements for breakfast,( I was a room only booking) I thought I could go to restaurant and pay for a meal, there and then but not so? Really nothing to to complain about! I enjoyed my short stay and hope to return before too long. Any Staff I met ( with one exception) were cheerful and helpful! Thank You Folks! "

"Just a one night away trip with a couple of days coastal walking. Very smart pub with rooms. In a superior room with high quality fixtures and fittings, very comfortable. Staff all very friendly with an excellent dinner menu and very good breakfast. Only minor issue was how quick dinner service was - would have preferred to have spent longer over our meal. Starter arrived very quickly and the main arrived before we had even finished our starter ! As I say however a minor issue in the overall scheme of things and we would certainly visit again "
